The White House
on President

An Iconic Residence.

A Book, Not a Website

One address. One opportunity.

There will only ever be one White House on President.

Its address cannot be replicated. Its story belongs only to this residence.

For one family, it will become far more than an address. It will become home.

Chapter One

“Every landmark begins with a single vision.”

The Story

How an ordinary block of land became an extraordinary dream.

33 President Road, Kellyville.

The Beginning

Every remarkable home has a beginning.

For The White House on President, it began in May 2021, when an ageing home at 33 President Road, Kellyville came up for auction. To most people, it was another redevelopment opportunity. To us, it was a blank canvas.

Standing on nearly 700m², we were not looking at the house that stood there. We were imagining the one that could.

The Search

Searching for something extraordinary.

Like many custom home builders, we met with architects and designers, exploring modern, Hamptons, European and countless other concepts. Every design was impressive. But none felt unforgettable.

We were not looking for another luxury home. We wanted a home with its own identity.

Timelessness

The search for timelessness.

Months passed. Drawings filled the dining table. Concepts were approved, revised and rejected. Our goal was not to build a bigger home. It was to build a timeless one.

A home that would still look magnificent fifty years from now.

Inspiration Arrives

Classical European architecture kept drawing us back.

Grand proportions. Elegant symmetry. Timeless white façades. Inspired by French palaces, the dream slowly began to take shape.

A residence worthy of its name.

The Defining Moment

Then someone looked at the address.

President Road. A simple observation changed everything. If the home stood on President Road, why not create a residence worthy of its name?

Not just another luxury home, but a home with presence, stature and instant recognition. That conversation changed the entire direction of the project.

The Name

A name that chose itself.

From that moment, every decision followed one vision: the white façade, the grand columns, the timeless symmetry. Long before construction was complete, the home already had its name.

The White House on President.

It was not a name we invented. It was a name the home earned.

More Than a Home

What began as an ageing house has become something far greater.

A residence inspired by timeless architecture. Built without compromise. Created with passion. Designed to become one of Kellyville’s most recognisable homes.

A home that people will simply know as The White House on President.

“Every dream begins with a piece of land. Every legacy begins with the courage to imagine something greater.”

Chapter Two

“Great homes are imagined long before they are built.”

The Vision

Every masterpiece begins as a dream.

Before the First Foundation

There was a vision.

Long before the first foundation was poured, long before concrete, steel or stone, there was a vision. Not simply to build a house, but to create something timeless.

A home that would feel as inspiring in fifty years as it does today. A home that future generations would admire just as much as the day it was completed.

Designed to endure beyond fashion.

Beyond Trends

Trends come and go. True architecture endures.

We looked beyond what was fashionable and searched for something that had already stood the test of time. Classical proportions. Perfect symmetry. Grace. Presence.

A quiet confidence that never asks for attention, yet always receives it.

Purpose

Every detail has a purpose.

Nothing here happened by chance. Every line was drawn with intention. Every column placed with purpose. Every proportion refined until it felt right. Not louder. Not bigger. Simply better.

First impressions designed to become lasting memories.

More Than Luxury

Luxury is something you feel.

It begins at the handcrafted wrought iron entrance doors, where first impressions become lasting memories. It continues beneath soaring ceilings, through light-filled spaces, and into the moments shared with family and friends.

True luxury is not found in materials alone. It is found in the emotions a home creates. That was always the vision.

Belonging

A home that belongs.

We never set out to build the biggest house. We set out to build the one people would remember. A home that feels as though it has always belonged here.

A home whose name became part of its story.

“The finest homes are not built with bricks and stone. They are built with imagination, patience and purpose.”

A Personal Chapter

A Letter From the Creator

Dear Future Owner,

When I first stood on this land in May 2021, I could not see an old house. I saw possibility.

I saw an opportunity to create something that would outlive me.

I hope this home becomes the backdrop to your family’s greatest memories, the place where ordinary days become meaningful and milestone moments become part of your history.

Welcome home.
